2. Booking & Acceptance

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed and confirmation is issued.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We use secure third-party payment providers.

4. Accommodation Use

Accommodation is provided for short-term stays only. Guests must use the property responsibly and comply with all house rules provided at check-in.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed in your booking details. Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to approval.

6. Cancellation Policy
